Dr. Solution™ is a fictitious character created by the Practice-XL™ team to function as your dental practice consultant and business mentor. He is the same age and gender you are. He has the same background and specialty you have. Simply put, he is a very successful YOU!

This composite character is based on the real lives of a wide range of dentists with different experiences and backgrounds. 

He has observed their mistakes and has reviewed their success stories. The difference is that he only absorbs the positives about each character; he has learned what makes a practitioner successful. Dr. Solution is a success-oriented kind of a dentist and he can lead you to your success.

Wherever there is a reference to "I" or "my" on this site or in the program, it refers to him. Why don't we let him take over and introduce himself:

Year after year we have tried to solve our practice building issues by looking for a magical solution, one that would bring new patients to our door-step and "sell" them our treatment plans. Many lecturers and dental consultants tried to reveal "this secret" to us in a weekend course or a few sessions of training. But we never got the result we were hoping for.

Our mistake has always been that we ignored an important fact:

"There is no shortcut to lasting success!"

That is why I created a plan I call "4 steps to lasting success." I strongly believe that the only way to build a multimillion-dollar dental practice from scratch and maintain it for years is to follow these steps. I have studied many successful businesses and practices and have not seen one that has not taken these steps, even if they have not realized it themselves!

As I told you before, my character is based on the experiences and stories of many real life dentists, both general practitioners and specialists. Let me have one of them share his story with you:
