We seamlessly integrate with your Practice
Management Software (PMS) system to effortlessly deliver all appointment
reminders/confirmations on your behalf through our system to patients notifying
them by email and telephone of their appointment anywhere from a day to a week
prior to their appointment. These calls go out with the caller-id of your office
and the email goes out from the email address of your office. For every call we
deliver, it will attempt to connect to the recipient 6 times, once every 15
minutes to get that person live or by voicemail. If after the 6th attempt the
system has been unable to reach them, the office is notified. For
any call that is not completed, we will notify the office through their account.
This frees up staffs time by removing the monotonous task of calling patients to
confirm whilst also enabling your staff to provide a much higher level of
customer service to patients while they are in your office. After all calls are
delivered a detailed report on the calls is sent to your office highlighting the
recipients name, the number they were reached on, whether the call was listened
to live or it went to answering machine/ voicemail and we let you know exactly
how long each patient listened to your call for.
